Orders are final once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before confirming.

• Must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
• Less than 7 days' notice: A charge of RM50 will apply for date changes.
• If the change cannot be made, the original date remains.
• Changes to the date are permitted only once, free of charge.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Missed appointments are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Ensure all details (date, time, address) are correct at the time of booking.

• No changes to the cake type or flavor once the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
